I like following accounts from different countries on here. I have not found very many (any really) accounts from Asian or African countries though. Are there not that many on Fedi yet, or am I just not finding the right ones?

Ich brauche mal die Hilfe von #FediHelp: Für unser Wohnprojekt nutzen wir Mailinglisten. Man kann also z.b. an alle@projekt mailen und dann bekommen es alle Listenmitglieder. Das ist komplett kaputt, weil je nach Mailprovider die Nachrichten oft im Spam landen oder gar nicht ankommen. Ich weiß auch, warum das so ist, aber frage mich, was man machen kann?
Sind Mailinglisten einfach generell kaputt oder machen wir etwas falsch?

Got a question about #privacy. I know #Mastodon has robust privacy settings. I was wondering about the underlying protection of the system from massive data scrapers. Are there underlying protections built into Mastodon to prevent theft of data or the upload of data onto a third party website? On another vein, is there any way to limit your account reach in outside #search engines like #Google? Does Mastodon have limited interaction with outside search? Thanks!

Bei Gruppen von veganen + nichtveganen Leuten geht's meist in "Gemischtwarenläden", weshalb vegane Läden weniger Zuspruch haben. Sie sind aber — neben ihrem ethischen Beitrag — eine der wenigen Zufluchtsorte für die veganen Freundys, wo sie einmal nicht mit all dem #Tierleid konfrontiert werden.
Derzeit gehen viele vegane Läden kaputt.
