Judge #Cannon agreed to reschedule a key early 2024 court date after #Trump's attorneys flagged scheduling conflict in which 2 hearings were set for same time on same day in his #Florida and #NY criminal cases.
DOJ wisely asks Judge #Cannon to set 12/18 deadline for CIPA Sec. 5 notice, which is where defendant is required to provide notice of the class. info he intends to use at trial. Since there will be litig about whether the notice is specific enough, smart to get this started.

Effectively, one thing Trump is asking for is to DELAY the CIPA 4 process (by which DOJ will ask Cannon for permission to SUBSTITUTE some classified info b4 turning it over to Trump), meaning HE is asking for delay in discovery.
