You are Entangled with someone, you'll see them throughout your life. You are connected in some way that always brings you back to this person. There's a good chance you don't like each other at all.
@RickiTarr celestial bodies calling to each other from across time and space. The draw of same tugging at the invisible tendrils of fate.
The planet shutters as if in fear of the union. As the bodies rush closer together the bright light of their displeasure can be seen. Their eyes hot with smoldering rage, the bodies scream their defiance as they come ever closer.
A culmination of forces shatter the air around them as raw power rushes out from impact. Trees, animals, even time itself struggles to maintain purchase. In the space that remains between the bodies a faint whispering can be heard. A muttering of phrase so lightly spoken it is as if it barely existed at all.
Historians and Scientists are in philosophical debates as to the relevance but the statement captured by science, on every device in every dimension on every plane was the simple statement, "Oh, you again".
@RickiTarr In college I had a coincidence guy: I saw him all over campus multiple times a week. Most likely I just recognized him more easily because he looked so distinctive (always dressed like early career Jon Fratelli, same hair too), but I couldn't help feeling there was a cause to it. One day I confronted him, stopped dead in my tracks to turn to him and I said, "hey, I see you around a lot." He took it completely in stride and just said, "it happens."

when I was 16 I got a job in a bingo hall at the far side of the city
at 21 I met my wife at this side, her father already knew me from when I worked there and oddly remembered me.
we had a mutual friend at via school but we didn't go to the same school, this girl knew her and went to my school.
For instance. My brother had an absolute Eeyore of a friend I already couldn’t stand when we were teenagers. Thought I was off the hook when my brother moved to Colorado. But this friend had connected with my brother-in-law—so, there he was again all the time because my BIL was one of my best friends. BIL’s move to DC didn’t change anything because my other LA sister who felt sorry for the friend had taken him up. And she still invites him to everything.
Seeing younger people not only look, but dress and behave the same as people I knew in my past is a constant now, no matter where I am geographically. No lo ger freak out about it, just resigned to it often happening.
Yet I still feel like an extra in everyone else's main character lives.
