@404mediaco Still Lire on iOS. Once my server is up, I plan to install something like FreshRSS so I can sync article read status between iOS and a browser tab on my PC.
the fact that we've gotten 19 replies and almost all of them are recommending different readers helps us know that supporting RSS was definitely the right decision, so you can read us wherever you want!
FeedPress has pushed a few minor improvements to this that should improve compatibility on a couple more readers (We were hearing about problems with FreshRSS for example).
This rollout has mostly been smooth, and it seems like the feed is working with the vast majority of readers but please continue to get in touch if you're seeing problems and we'll try to get them fixed.
@404mediaco Feeeed is cool, but it doesn’t appear to display full text articles from my private feed! Had no such problem with Reeder, however, so good news there 😌
@404mediaco (I have to imagine that a lot of RSS readers make assumptions about what to display, since summaries vs. full text can be so hit-or-miss across different feeds)
@jkohlmann 😫😫😫😫😫 …. Have heard this now about two readers, though it seems to work on most. We’ll ask feedpress if there’s anything they can do to improve on how it’s delivered
