Special counsel Robert Hur's report on the investigation into the mishandling of Obama-era #ClassifiedDocuments at 2 locations
connected to President Joe #Biden has been delivered to #Congress.
The report is expected to go into significant detail about what the special counsel's office found in its investigation.
Hur's team is not planning to bring criminal charges, but the report could provide fodder for Biden's #political opponents.
Which is exactly why there are no #criminal charges.
Biden’s kid had JUST DIED.
He did not obstruct the investigation ever.
Biden himself initiated the search after it was discovered Trump not only #willfully stole classified docs but also obstructed the investigation & return of the docs.
It does say that. Yet it also says THIRTY-TWO TIMES (that I found in my scanning of it) that the evidence all points to the fact that he did not willfully intend to retain the #ClassifiedDocuments.
Which is just one the reasons this report is so obviously both #PoliticallyMotivated & absolute garbage.
This report is bizarre. Not only does it say over & over again there’s no evidence to support #POTUS#Biden willfully retained the #ClassifiedDocuments & then magically finds that he did. It also says “jurors will conclude that Mr. Biden—a powerful, sophisticated person with access to the best advice in the world…” then claims he is elderly w/memory issues. Which is it #RobertHur? It can’t be both.
Also all of this hubbub about the report saying #POTUS#Biden is an elderly man w/a poor memory, is also #BULLSHIT, or at least an out-of-context quote from the report.
The full quote is as follows:
"Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
That is both an opinion of a Trump appointed US Atty & a “would likely” = future tense modal = not fact.
It’s kerazy long @ 388 pages so maybe if you can’t sleep, though from what I’ve read so far the yellow-journalism-esque shite that this “lawyer” indulged in during a fact finding process has been enraging so it depends on your tolerance for #legalese.
