Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) charged parliament member Oleksandr Dubinsky with treason, working with Russian FSB/KGB agents of russia, indicting him alongside Andriy Derkach and former prosecutor Kostyantyn Kulyk, who have both fled the country.
