Visto che depositi di #bici recuperate sono strapieni, l'amministrazione ha deciso di regalarle attraverso fondazioni benefiche principalmente a rifugiati e richiedenti asilo.
Un ottimo modo per integrare persone e dargli la libertà di movimento che gli mancherebbe.
Le bici danno la libertà che le pubblicità di auto promettono 🙂

Gratteri: - Apprezzo lo sforzo che stanno facendo gli olandesi. Nell'89-90 parlavo col procuratore di #Amsterdam, dicevamo: "Attenzione! Qui avete la '#ndrangheta!". Non ci hanno ascoltato. Adesso avete visto che oggi hanno tre #mafie in #Olanda, non una! Allora quando gli parlavo io c'era la 'ndrangheta. Ora c'è la #mafiaalbanese, la #maffia la terza generazione di nordafricani, che stanno terrorizzando l'Olanda. Per non parlare dei tedeschi ecc.

KLM flight KL1341, scheduled to depart at 2:25 p.m. with destination Billund, Denmark, has cancelled.
Reason: One person fell into a running aircraft engine and died, the Royal Military Police reports.
Had a little trip to #Amsterdam today, which has one of the few stores in my country that carries #Japanese#CDs (whereas #Korean is in every record store now). Picked up a few more to grow the collection.
I actually never listened to #Diva and #GirlNextDoor, but they looked interesting and didn't cost that much so I figured I'd take them old fashioned style.
Good on the #Amsterdam for refusing to accept police violence against students. Heard in an interview “we are not American, we believe in international law and the fundamental freedom of protest, the #Netherlands is a free country.”
What started as a peaceful walkout this morning by hundreds of university staff, professors, lecturers in protest against police violence against students last week is now developing and escalating once again.
The riot police are here, hundreds of them are blocking the entrance to the university. After the university staff finished their rally, the students went in and they have built some tents right into the main hall.
The police are now coming in and [the students] are trying to block the police. They managed for a few minutes but now the police car van is driving towards the entrance and everyone here is very much hoping that the same scenario that happened last week is not repeated here.
The protests are against the war in Gaza and they’re also demanding the university to cut ties with Israeli universities but also to protest against police violence and what they say is a violation of their rights to demonstrate.
So far I’ve only seen peaceful protesters and the police is coming in and of course, there’s a lot of trauma after what happened last week so the situation is quite agitated.
