Part 1: Population
At the start of the survey, I asked participants to rate how they felt during the past week on a scale from "Very Unpleasant" to "Very Pleasant". Overall, mood seemed to be rather positive!

I also asked people how they take estrogen. Notably, the sample contains relatively few people on oral estrogen, with most either on gel or injections.

Part 2: Estradiol Levels
The data shows that very low estradiol levels correlate with low mood. This is to be expected.

More interesting is the 270–330 pg/mL range. As seen in the t-test, this range correlates with particularly positive mood. A larger sample size would be required to confirm this finding.

Note: Only you can know which estrogen levels are right for you. There is no one-size-fits-all.

before and after photo showing the editing zora did on a photo of herself, hanging in a shibari suspension. she digitally removed a whole lot of clutter from the room, putting the focus on the model. the photo has also been converted to black and white, with the lighting slightly tweaked to make it more appealing.
