• #MNSSHP was awesome yesterday night! I loved the fireworks and spent away too much.

• Currently volunteering at a wiener dog race for the rescue I got Howie from. It's hot out but very fun.

🖋️Carved out some desk space on what used to be a craft table for WFH. It's nice to not have to use the kitchen table.

🐾Took Howie for a walk to the mail room and back. I think this will become our nightly ritual. We both need the exercise

🪛Took apart an air duct grille and clean it of paint as much as possible to help with air flow in the craft room. I think ultimately I'll need to replace it. But it's a great start!

• Day five COVID test was negative! I'm in the clear for #Disney this week. Both #MNSSHP and #epcotfoodandwinefestival

• Finished reading a book this afternoon. Immediately started (re)reading another one, this one being a favorite from my childhood

• Washed my glasses and I can actually see now. It's amazing how doing little things can make you feel so much better in little ways.

1. Currently watching Howie bask in the sun in his favorite chair

2. Took a very mindful walk with Howie this morning. Made sure to only focus on what he was doing and let him roam instead of me trying to rush him. If my brain got fuzzy or focused on thoughts, I'd go back to watching what Howie was doing.

3. Cold glasses of water are wonderful at times.

1 took a really good nap
2 while taking the nap, I let the bread machine do it's thing so I woke up to the apartment smelling of freshly baked bread
3 changing the ac filter went the smoothest it ever has for me. I didn't even fight to get the cover back on the wall.

Had an amazing baked potato for dinner with butter, ranch, and bacon bits. I even cooked it myself!

3D print is going well and able to make tweaks as needed

It's raining nice and gently right now. Very cozy.

1. Got my documents done today even if it took an extra 2.5 hrs. They're now with QA so I can breathe easier.

2. Covid test came back NEGATIVE.

3. Realized if my next Covid test comes back NEG also, my 10 days from last known contact will be up next Thursday which just squeaks me by for my #MNSSHP ticket next Friday. (Otherwise I'm trying for a raincheck ticket)

1. I have a cup of almond oolong tea this morning. It's a nice change of pace.
2. I put in a maintenance request yesterday for fixing my dining room light. Hopefully they show up today. That would be nice to come home to this evening.
3. Wore a comfy Disney Halloween shirt to the office today just to try to be as comfy as possible

2.) Hurricane was next to nothing not here and at my parents house so we're all safe and sound.

Nooooo ! The news at ten has just said that the UK is no longer a nation of tea drinkers ! Where hsve you all gone and why? I'm shocked as I for one could not function with out my tea. Earl grey is a personal favourite of mine.
