TV host Wendy Williams has primary progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia (FTD), conditions that affect language, communication, behavior and cognitive function. Bruce Willis' family revealed last year that he has the same kind of dementia. Williams' team announced this ahead of a documentary, "Where is Wendy Williams?" which will be broadcast later this week on Lifetime. Variety has the full statement.

@CultureDesk I Lloyd my sister because of a FTD. This is terrible. I am appreciative that the relatives of those stars / celebrities are communicating about it. It is a relatively unknown disease. Awareness is necessary.

@FredReibell I wish Mr Gardiner was offered a studio recording of les Troyens with that brilliant cast that was Ms Graham and Antonacci and Mr Kunde, Tezier and Naouri! I was at the premier at the Châtelet and it was mesmerizing. All in their prime ! #opera #classicalmusic #Berlioz
