Went for a bike ride. Did very very well until the threading on the right pedal on my bike came loose, and I fell over.

Luckily I'm ok. I managed to get these gnarly wounds out of it. Few plasters later and they are slowly healing! :blobcatdance: :thisisfine: :therethere:

For #RareDiseaseDay, I have PKU which means I can't have too much protein as my body can't break it down, and if I try to have too much, it will cause me brain damage.

The NSPKU has done wonders in helping me with my diet, and the PKU community (from all over social media places) has been awesome!

The PKU diet is a tough diet to get through, but the comradarie of my PKU friends makes it that much more better. For all the ills of social media, I don't know where I would be without my PKU buds!

I’m allowed 5g of protein every day with my PKU. Today, I’ll be capturing my PKU meals for Rare Disease Day.
#Breakfast is

• 100g coconut yogurt (1g protein)
• 1 banana (minus a bit which went to #FluffMuppet),
• tea with oat milk (dairy has too much protein for me),
• medicine / supplement is 2 sachets of GMPro Mix-in and 2 phlexy-vit tablets.
