FatCat & SkinnyCat, 1995, in my Vancouver Washington duplex rental. I got them as kittens in San Jose, 1986. Lost SkinnyCat to lymphoma cancer, 1999, 13 years; FatCat in 2004 at 18 years. Rare female orange tabbies, they are usually male. I can trace the lineage of my pets who knew each other back to these two, there was never a break of no pets. Simba was the link from FatCat (who I got in 2001) all the way to Beanie, current dog- I lost Simba in 2021.
@kevbob Love that. I’ve almost always had breaks between pets, but I thought it was neat that our last dog, a hospice adoption, was linked to our two previous dogs (who never met each other) because she lived in our neighborhood and both dogs had interacted with her through the fence on walks.
@kevbob I had an appointment with RiteAid yesterday and when I got there they wouldn’t give me the Covid vaccine because they were confused whether they actually could or not. They seemed to be under the impression that they were supposed to wait until October to start with the latest vaccines! I now have an appointment at CVS on Monday.
