Yesterday, at #RetroMania…

Sarah picked up a new tat, and Allie picked up an ADORABLE Spock with the black cat from “Assignment Earth”. Unfortunately we didn’t get a photo together, but we did chat with Randy James (Lt. Jones, background and stand-in; TNG, DS9, ST: First Contact). He was super chill and so much fun to talk with. Hopefully we can get him on the show in the future!

@suburbantimewaster it was not nearly as busy as last year, so our merch sales were almost nonexistent, but it also allowed for longer, more meaningful conversations with folks, which is what we really love.

As , we believe should be a human right, available to all regardless of citizenship, ability to pay, etc. and that this MUST include care as a standard. Anyone should be able to walk into any clinic, say "I need help" and get that help, period. This is reflective of both values and Gene Roddenberry's vision of a better future. We know that the only way to get there is to "boldy go" together.

Looks like I picked the wrong weekend to transplant my seedlings. The winds last night were much stronger than expected and it tore the large leaves straight off my bean stalks. At least my DIY trellis stood up fine

On DISCO SE05EP01: I love the story and all the callbacks and easter eggs and seeing this cast again, but I still hate the serial format. asks “What if we took the classic TNG 2-parter but made it 10 parts?” Or “What if we made a massive feature film and then just chopped it into 10 slices?” Like, imagine if “Best of Both Worlds” was 10 episodes long with 9 cliffhangers. Meh.
