Lawmaker Joephy Chan has criticised a government film subsidy fund for supporting movies that "bad-mouth" Hong Kong.
In response, culture secretary Kevin Yeung said that the aim of the fund was to support Hong Kong's film industry. "If the industry was developing well, that already inherently tells a good Hong Kong story and a good China story," he said.

A trough of low pressure will bring unsettled weather to southern China in the next few day, the Hong Kong Observatory has said.
