@dgentry I did recently re-install it, but I am not sure if it is still being used. Most of the people I know seldom/never talk about it since it got bought by Zoom.

@dpecos LOL. I can attest to the last statement for sure... even though: "Battlefield Earth", are you sure?

I stopped early. The character development was good. Not the story itself, but the attention they gave to a lot of the storylines. Michael and he spore-drive just didn't do it for me. Perhaps in a few more years I will enjoy it.

Went to rewatch DS9 and TNG.

If you watch many... any favorites for you?

@dpecos Star Wars is Science-Fantasy. Also not really enjoying it that much.

Battlestar Galactica (old and the remake) are both good.

I loved Space: Above and Beyond when I was much younger. I guess you would too, as most of the stuff you mention are episodic/story line heavy.

Recently loved to watch the Three-Body problem (三体) by Netflix, The version made by Tencent was terrible.

Interesting to know that all the ICs (chips) on the controller board are made by Western manufacturers, like TI (TMS320), ST, or otherwise jellybean OpAmps

Als the gatedrivers on the driver board are made by Broadcom

and the drivers themselves are N-channel MOSFETs by Infineon

@dansup @yaqub @pixelfed I think it is not bad to learn from them. Stealing is flattering, right? ;-)

For me as long as you improve, learn from their mistakes and allow to adopt a more distinguished look and feel.

as a start, I see no issues with this.

I would see the need to be different as a secondary task. Colors and non-rounded corners can make a lot of change ;-)

besides, I am sure CSS will allow to reposition items; intro above posts or on the right. admin/group avatar not in the middle.

A lot of these social platforms will look quite similar as they all provide the same basics;

Now that @tailscale updated the client for #Android, I have been having issues with over 50% of the current authenticated devices after upgrade to 1.66.3. They are connected, but show a heavy load, exit node does not work, ... and only after re-authentication it starts working properly. And often this needs to happen after "Clear storage" from "App info".

TIL : Now I know why I disliked Veronica in New Vegas so much. Sure, she is probably the better (best) companion, but he is voiced by Felicia Day. And I just can't stand her voice and childish mannerism.

Have to admit that I never liked the Nintendo SNES. However, for such a low spec'ed CPU (a slightly more powerful 16bit 6502, the 68516), it did deliver a very good arcade-like experience for Mortal Kombat 2!
