We were going through some of our stuff this weekend and found this game that we apparently bought at one point.

It comes in a tin with lots of cool graphics on the packaging and ride vehicles as the play tokens! 1/2

You may not understand your child. But that doesn't mean you can't love and accept your child for who they tell you they are.

I heard stories last night of people who were ridiculed, ostracized and disowned when coming out as LGBTQIA+ to their parents. Don't be one of them.

Had dinner last night at #NaplesRistorante in #DowntownDisneyAnaheim , mostly to say hi to a friend who's temporarily working there.

Started with the minestrone, which was good. Also shared the bruschetta, which was also good and which I forgot to take a picture of. My entree was the penne pasta, which was ok, and which I normally prefer with red sauce. Tried a side of polenta, which was fine. 1/2

Not really that excited to return, other than to see the people that I know. The food was generally fine but nothing spectacular. The ladies room was very messy and needed cleaning up when I went at the beginning of dinner. The outside check-in process is convoluted and confusing.

🤔 There's a note in the break room at work reminding people that the kitchen sink is for washing coffee mugs, and hands, and maybe pieces of fruit, but not for "personal hygiene," and I just want to know what incident happened that created the need for such a sign.

I've seen a couple of stories about this, and everyone is bagging on Harry and Meghan about their podcast deal. I'm looking at it and wondering whether the dealmakers at Spotify ever talked to them about their ideas before they made the deal. Did they make the lucrative deal without knowing what was planned to be done? Or did they make the deal knowing these were the ideas Harry had? Because either was a bad way to do business. 1/2

Just because someone is a celebrity doesn't mean they have something to say that people want to listen to. Having a successful podcast isn't something everyone can do. But it seems like Spotify just wanted to be associated with Harry and Meghan and maybe use that association to get others to make a deal with them. They dangled money at them to get them to sign on & then are now mad that they got burned paying for an untested & unqualified entity? It was your own bad business deal, Spotify. 2/2

Really disappointed with how this is being framed and reported. This is the kind of article and layout that's usually used for victims of crimes, murders, mass shootings, people whose lives were taken from them through no fault of their own.

Yeah, these people died, and that's bad for them. But they absolutely had the means and resources to do what they wanted to do in a safer manner. They chose not to. /1

And then the amount of international resources and time used to support people who purposely put themselves in harm's way for fun.

I'd be pretty pissed if a family member thought taking this kind of a risk was worth it, to leave their family behind. I'm giving a pass for the moment for the young adult, where more information seems to be emerging. But the rest are self-sufficient grown men who thought it was worth throwing their lives away. /2

I keep seeing posts about the horrible things that are now happening on this platform. I haven't seen any of it, but maybe that's because I have very limited engagement here?

I'm a little surprised that some people seem shocked at encountering it here. Toxic people are everywhere, and the toxicity isn't always readily evident.

I hope things work out for people.
