R's nighttime sleep patterns have been so terrible since the hospital and it's gotta change. He's forgotten how to self soothe and I'm feeding him every hour or two to get him back to sleep.

Parents, remind me how to fix this? What did you do with your kids? He's 9mo, never slept through but used to do a lot better than this…

Nighttime allergy sufferers: do air purifiers help you? What about nasal sprays?

My allergy attacks are back and I can't take fexofenadine while breastfeeding. Only centirizine and loratadine are advised but have been ineffective for me in the past (though I'll try them again). It's not just me losing sleep this time: every sneeze and sniff and nose clear wakes up R, or others. 🤧😭🫠

Last night I applied for a Canadian citizenship certificate for our kid. The online application was short but the technical execution was truly terrible.

Imagine my dismay when I discovered that the processing time is ten months and longer for overseas applicants. And this is not even for a passport.
