This weekend my ex-wife emailed me for the 1st time in years. Turns out our issues can be resolved without family court and I never have to see her again.

The real reason I never dated after my marriage... I didn't want anyone around who'd sit and watch me struggle with ^^𝒘𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒍𝒚^^ baggage. This is the last of it. I have no more excuses and no reason to sabotage myself. So what now? Just chill in grocery stores and libraries until I find another hangry nerd?

Greetings from the Manhattan VA, where the facial reconstruction team just removed my prosthetic so I can get an MRI. Felt like a very timely thing to share. Once upon a time some people went off and did objectively dumb things and now all of us have this great holiday weekend to remember that. Sincerely hope y'all enjoy the sun and hot dogs

Reader... I'm studying for a grad school final exam this afternoon and just noticed grades. One of the lab report papers, one that I wrote mostly on my own (I haven't had a great group lab experience) had the highest grade of my lab group.

The grade was 99.7%🤗 now back to studying

Currently writing my last paper of this semester, but it seems my fall is already planned. We have a mandatory physiology course for all biomedical engineering grad students. (It's a 6cr class 😱)

I'm told the engineering school contracts this in cycles to be taught by the medical school. Anyone else wanna help me study or play doctor 😜

So... it sounds like my non-profit will be working with Gonzaga and the Conway House to start hosting robot battles for formerly homeless veterans this fall. Still a lot of planning but one of my fav interns actually put solid effort into making this happen. Our initial coordination meeting today was a great distraction from grad school and finals week.
