Anger is the brain reacting to fear. Security folks, if you're thinking of yelling at someone (I've been there), take a quick pause to ask what you’re afraid of. Then walk that person through the reasons why you're afraid, and hopefully they will make a different choice, that causes less business risk. When we explain 'the why' to our colleagues, adults tend to make different choices.

Folks, I think I'm getting a new car and I need advice. My beautiful 2007 Honda Fit got hit by a semi truck (going 1 km per hour, no one was injured), and it's likely to be a write off. I want an EV, preferably a car with seats that fold into the floor. It does not need to be fancy. Cheaper is better, and I plan to buy used (2-4 years old). For me a car is a tool, not a status symbol.

Suggestions? Thank you all for your advice and time! 💜

PS My accident was over a year ago, I'm just running out of time to make my insurance claim. It's now or never.
