Oh, sorry. I shouldn't simply assume that folks beyond Britain are aware: In case you missed it, the UK government - led by a fucking billionaire as prime minister - are withholding investment in care for people or the environment yet sparing no expense to hand their friends huge uncontested contracts for made-up services; to criminalise, terrorise, and kick down doors of disabled people on welfare; to condemn asylum seekers to death and deportation; to maintain a massive military industrial complex; to spy on and control their own citizens; to cozy up to other fascist governments; and to create culture wars for their next bigoted, fear mongering reelection campaign designed to manufacture moral panic bullshit.

@jugularmalloy Mr Robot? Yeah. I thought it started out so well, then ran way too long (it was initially a tad too long to be a feature-length film so had to justify a television run)...and then ended in a really disappointing way.
