My situation is both improving yet still dire. I’m dealing with the aftershocks of my mother’s (aged 74) broken arm & resulting job loss, and separately, the recent mental health crisis our family suffered, (emergency services intervention including therapy.)

Add to this the costs of dental work and dentures for near-full mouth loss of teeth I endure, and dealing with the change in my relationship ( emotionally separated, but living together because of the mortgage)
