On a late night drunken shopping spree I bought some tiny red bricks from #TEMU. I know the German #Teidoc brand sells some
temporary mortar made from cornstarch and sand. Anybody have an idea where I'll find a tiny trowel for my construction needs? And I mean tiny, because they are some very small stone bricks. #toys

I've been seeing a lot of adverts (and social media pyramid scheme recruitment) for #Temu recently. All their offers are suspiciously cheap. My guess is that they're speed running #enshitification . Any bets how quickly they can get from launch to collapse?
In einer App werde ich gerade massiv mit Temu-Anzeigen befeuert. Temu ist eine bei uns neue Verkaufsplattform, ähnlich wie die Billigheimer Shein, die mich wochenlang auf Insta zugespammt haben. Das habe ich bei Temu noch nicht erlebt, aber ähnlich billig geht es da auch zu. Der Claim "Shop like a billionaire" heißt: "Kauf für wenig Geld viel Plunder". Um Sanktionen zu umgehen, hat der Anbieter seinen Firmensitz wohl gerade von China nach Irland verlegt. 1/2
Anyone else had this new online shop "Temu" relentlessly spam them recently?
Well I thought I'd relent and gave them $2.99 for some Lenovo X3 Pro bone conducting headphones about a week ago.
Pleasantly surprised they actually arrived today. Obvs Lenovo will just allow their name onto anything so no idea what these are actually like. But they do have multipoint unlike my current cheapy bone-conducting ones.
Maybe Temu aren't as bad as Wish. Might check them out next time I need tat. #Temu#Wish
