Philosophy students are fed fundamentalist pap
While science departments excrete that creationist crap
And liberals can't find their testicles without a map

I never owned a Sega Genesis (I rented one from Blockbuster a few times to play stuff, though), so I was never blessed by the wonder that is ToeJam & Earl. The soundtrack goes so hard and funky it's kind of ridiculous.
i was just listening to “Never Stop” by FM-84, and I thought: This song would fit right in to the John Cusack classic film “Better Off Dead”.
Then i thought: How cool would it be if we could take 80’s films and replace their soundtracks with songs from FM-84, as well as songs by The Midnight, The Strike, and Gunship. ?
3D intro illustration for our coder's music editor Syntrax (a.k.a. Jaytrax), published in the early 2000s as an unofficial Windows and Pocket PC sequel to our old #Amiga music editors SIDmon and Digital Mugician.
You can listen to some Syntrax tracks here (my favorite is King Tut)…
This whole Tiny Desk concert by Nile Rodgers + CHIC is great but this remains one of my favorite moments, as Nile Rodgers describing collab w/ Daft Punk gets derailed by the band. It pops back into my mind randomly and I have to give it another listen.
