Oooh, I remember seeing @olivvybee talk about Trailblazers the other day... and it just landed on BGA :D Guess I'll have to have a look at that then :P
I just played a few games of Ark Nova in solo on BoardGameArena. I haven't managed to win yet, but I think I'm getting used to how the actions work and I can start to see how it makes some kind of sense. No idea how it translates in a multiplayer game, but at least I shouldn't feel utterly lost (I have plans for the tabletop version Soon™ :) )
Mehr als 30 Neuheiten haben es ins Heft geschafft. Und dazu noch die Auswertung unserer #Scoutaktion, ein Interview mit #boardgamearena und einiges mehr.
Just finished my first game of #ForestShuffle on #BoardGameArena and I have no idea what was going on. Maybe because there was a lot of time between turns but it was hard to keep up with what I was trying to do in my Tableau. Also, I had like a million trees and very few animals. Not sure I will play on BGA again.
So boardgame arena night. We played five games. Azul (which I lost because I had forgotten the rules), skull (which I did not like, not my kind of game) splendour, which I also lost but love, celestia, which i win somehow and incan gold, not my type of game but quite fun nonetheless. #boardgame#boardgames#boardgamearena#tabletopgames#games
I do a weekly turn-based BGA tournament, starting on Mondays. Usually featuring games that I have under 100ELO on but would like to get to know better.
This week is Bärenpark. You play 1-5 games in the first round, then 5 games in round 2 if you make it that far. Turn based with the maximum time settings.
All right, I guess this is a thing we're doing. I have a BGG post with commentary in the works, which will definitely get posted soon and not in, like, 2028.
While it may look like Break the Code is the winner by a long shot (thanks #BoardGameArena), I actually played #AeonsEnd 40 times (there are 4 more plays on page 2) and #Exceed 7 times (5 plays on page 2).
#Boardgames are my passion.. And since 2015, my main source of income.
I do #boardgameDesign, have illustrated my own things, and am currently working on what might be my first #illustrations for a boardgame I didn't design!
Currently living in London, UK. Planning to emigrate to Thailand in 2023. My leaving party is 11/12/13 August in Milton Keynes. Ping me if you want to join.
I love music, dancing, self-expression, conversation, hugs.
I've played almost every game on #boardgameArena and am probably better than you at Photosynthesis. 😛
I've also made some LARPs, pole-danced to an audience, played my own card game in a hot tub, and had someone cosplay as the cover character of my game Yogi!
I love tasting new things.
I also have a propensity to be verbose when folk give me a big character limit. 😛
Currently working on a whole bunch of games, but the thing that's exciting me the most is #DrawnTogetherGame , which I believe is the first ever game about colouring in.
(i.e. you're colouring in outlines on a sheet, and the colours you use actually matter.)
