Today I built a small ramp out of two pieces of scrap wood. I usually do #squats on flat ground and with minimal shoes. To do more for the quads, I'm going to try alternating them with elevated heels as well. #fitness#workout#woodworking
Skipped my #workout yesterday in favor of staying dry inside and playing #helldivers. Weather is supposed to be sunny and warmer today, and I definitely notice unrest after two days not working out.
