Worked on a little #GenshinImpact this evening. There's still so many things I don't understand about this game, but I know enough to get some quests completed and have fun 🤩

Found a little local shop that prides itself on offering quite a few games with lower print runs.
Pleasantly surprised by this as this is very unusual around these parts.
The usual comments you get here from shopkeepers while trying to buy games for buying games on certain systems is "you know this won't play on Playstation, right?"
And, no, I'm not kidding. 😅
So I decided to support them and bought a couple more games that I missed out on.
I had the previous Hori one for a while and despite it feeling a lot better in my hands compared to the original joy cons, it always felt a bit too bulky and big.
So I decided to give this one and try and I think these feel just perfect for me.
Thick enough not to get cramps, but not too fat to feel bulky or annoying.
Nicely rounded as well. Sticks and buttons feel great and I just don't thing about the controller at all while playing.

In ancient Moduland, islanders lived in caves to protect themselves from the weather. Various islanders would gather around fires to remain warm, resting on stones and rocks.
As the winner of the poll was ancient people in caves, here we go. Decided to add Shino, Muffy, and Filbert into the cave. Don't have a lot of great wallpaper for it, this was the best I could do. I think, overall, it looked good.
I also used the "dramatic" filter. I think it helps enhance this pic.
Cleaned up the theatre a bit and had a shower. I also setup my Switch Dock with the TV in my bedroom. Just ordered some #dinner and #relaxing the rest of the evening ☺️
Saw someone wondering why the #SteamDeck isn’t a bigger deal (it’s sold less than 2% of the #NintendoSwitch lifetime). I think it’s because:
-Hardware isn’t Valve’s main thing. Consider the similar situation of how Microsoft never really dislodged the iPad with the Surface.
-Most of its games weren’t designed with it in mind, at least not as the main device.
-Steam is a very dated UX and its limitations are more obvious when you leave gaming PC land.
Can't believe it, just beat Diablo (on Normal) in Diablo II (Resurrected) using just a level 28 necromancer, one merc, and one blood golem. Sure, I have some great gear and I had to portal back to town a few times to get supplies, but that's a personal best. Diablo will straight up kill you instantly with all kinds of character classes if you're not careful. And we're not even talking Baal, just Diablo. Tough. Just goes to show that necros are an amazing class, and that blood golem is the coolest.

Got a couple of crazy packages in today.
The top two are from Videogamesplus in Canada.
Just found out about Spinch and it looks like a bad acid trip in the best way possible. 😂
I love the box art as well.
I tried buying Pokémon Mystery Dungeon from two local listings these past 2 weeks. Both ignored my offer to buy at their original asking price, which just blows my mind... Blocked them both.
Anded up ordering it from the evil site instead. Oh well...
