@ami_angelwings First thing that came to mind is R of Can from #Higurashi . This first plays in a, well, hopeful moment in the Minagoroshi arc. I saw this as the turning point for the protagonist, as they start to realise that even the toughest odds can be overcome to achieve a good ending.
