This gem came on my algorithm-provided playlist earlier this evening, and I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet! On #KPopMonday with a #zoo theme, how can we forget the true classic:
Yay! Monday! For this #KPopMonday with the theme #IntoTheNewWorld I'll choose #GIDLE#DARK_X_FILE composed by #YUQI from the EP #I_LOVE . #SOYEON has said that the album is meant to be listened to in reverse order and as such this is the first track. It is the beginning of a person's journey to find themself and to be able to love oneself.
First, we head back to 2nd gen with After School's debut track, "Ah!" This was the original 5-member lineup led by my OG bias, Kahi (and her legendary abs :ablobcatbongo:): https://youtu.be/RF7bbcwqjzk
Bonus - After School's early concepts were heavily influenced by the Pussycat Dolls & I think you can see that in this stage mix: https://youtu.be/SYFWIRZZC7M
Next, "Dumb Dumb" by Somi features an MV that looks and feels like a Netflix teen drama https://youtu.be/tg2uF3R_Ozo
And for an extra, here's (G)I-DLE's cover of 4Min's "Hot Issue" (featuring legendary red-haired Soojin): https://youtu.be/EQ3c6jYcMz0
It's #KPopMonday in Korea, so here we go with a theme for this week...
@jemmesedi suggested that we do a theme about starting/beginning since it's back to school time for many folks. I'm going to make it a #kpop related tag this time #IntoTheNewWorld
...feel free to relate your songs to beginnings or school or however you want (a quick explanation is nice if the connection isn't obvious).
You can join the theme with not-kpop by using #PopMonday instead.
I've got the music video with the cutest use of cars for #KpopMonday. It's my ultimate girl crush Moonbyul ft another gorgeous woman Seulgi with Selfish. The cars are towards the end. This song is so good! Seriously, Moonbyul is my favorite woman in all of kpop.

Can I throw in a submission request here?
on Mondays I'm running #KpopMonday which is for kpop and we have a weekly theme....but we also have an accompanying tag #PopMonday for non-kpop fans to join us and post general pop music that fits our current weekly theme.
Okay, I’ve been sucked into the #KPopMonday hashtag game. For this week’s #CarsAndBicycles theme, I’m contributing Drive You Home because someone had to
