We've moved to the reading phase early! The judges were chomping at the bit and rattling the bars eager to get to the books, so we let them in a little early and they're already busy at their reading and sharing their excitement.
Congratulations to all 99 finalists! Check them all out at https://indiestorygeek.com/a/indie-ink-awards-2023
Hey, #AmReading humans! My disability hopepunk space opera Season One: Iris and the Crew Tear Through Space! has been nominated for an Indie Ink Award! You can vote for it to become a finalist! (A panel of judges chooses the winner.) Here’s the link to my book on the Indie Story Geek page! You need to create an account to vote but it’s free! Thanks for considering my work! https://indiestorygeek.com/story/5880#IndieInkAwards#DisabilityRepresentation#BookAwards#SFF
Sorry guys, we ran into tech issues. Apparently voting for the #IndieInkAwards was down for two hours tonight because with all the new people coming in and voting (and each needing an Indie Story Geek account), we sent over 700 emails today and Google got mad and de-activated the Indie Story Geek email account.
It's restored, for now, but Husband's looking into a solution because it's only likely to happen again. The perils of the voting program being suddenly popular!
...And CHAMELEON MOON is nominated for several categories! Ahh! ;A;
I would be BEYOND honored if you'd consider voting, esp for BEST AUDIOBOOK! I can't express how much incredible narrator Kyle Rocco East deserves it, and I'm so proud!
Voting for the Indie Ink Awards is open! Dionysus in Wisconsin has been nominated in both Best Mentor Character and LGBTQ+ Representation. So...if you're voting, think of it/us (me?).
Hey you!
Yeah, you. Do you like reading books?

Only a week left to nominate books for the #IndieInkAwards at https://indiestorygeek.com !
It looks like only a couple books have been nominated for the #Indigenous Representation by #IndigenousAuthors award so far. We'd love to highlight more voices, especially from marginalized groups.
Got a favorite #IndieAuthor or book ? Nominate them for the awards that make the most sense. All genres of #IndieBooks are welcome!
I just finished uploading all of the latest year's #SPSFC books ( #SPSFC3 I believe) and all of the books from the new #SFINCS competition to https://indiestorygeek.com .
Remember, all of these books are eligible for the #IndieInkAwards competition!
Nominations are open through the end of November, so make sure you nominate your favorite #IndieBooks for the awards that make the most sense for them. All genres of indie books are welcome!
