Yesterday, I saw the first of several doctors I will need to line up since my (unplanned) relocation. I liked her. She works in an #LGBT friendly clinic and will handle my #Feminizing#HRT on an ongoing basis.
It was a surprisingly long appointment IME. All told the appointment was almost two hours, plus an hour round-trip travel time.
By the time I got home, I was exhausted and in a mild #fibro flare.
I can't bind because of chronic pain, and trans tape isn't holding my tits because it's heavy, I can't do surgery either because it takes more than morphine for me to not suffer, what should I do? I'm lost.

I can't take opioids (too strong reaction) or NSAIDs (CKD) so I've been sruggling to control #fibromyalgia . I'm also #ActuallyAutistic . I'm a trans woman, so binding isn't a need for me. I hope you get some answers.

On top of everything else, I've been dealing with a sinus infection for a bit over three weeks. I saw a doctor this past Tuesday, and got an Rx for Augmentin.
Today, I was feeling better. So what did I do? Yes, I overdid. I decided to assemble my new office chair, among other things.
Now I have a #fibro flare in full bloom. My back especially is on fire, and I'm walking like a 90 year old grandma. This is probably good night. 🤷♀️😢
According to the smartwatch, I fell asleep about 5 minutes after posting that. And though I woke a few times to go to the bathroom, I slept until 7:15 this morning.
I've watched the last two Indiana Jones movies today. Crystal Skull and Dial of Destiny. I enjoyed them both, even under the weather. Yes I am feeling poorly.
One of two possibilities. Either I have a cold, which coincidentally began about 12 hours after the RSV vaccine, or I am having side effects from said vaccine.
Honestly, even if it is from the vaccine, I'm still glad I got it. Vaccines are important, especially at my age. And, no, they don't cause #autism.
I've had intermittent low grade fever, fatigue, stuffy head, and occasional cough. The fatigue could be #fibromyalgia , but the rest is definitely not.

I handled the peopling fairly well. The Lyft driver over there this morning was cute, with great mom energy. Of course, she was the age of my own kids. 🤷♀️ But she helped me to relax a bit. 💜
It’s been another busy day today. Went to clinic for labs. That took way longer than it should have for middle of the week between holidays. Way too peoply too. My #ActuallyAutistic self could have done without that.
The phlebotomist was skilled and didn’t cause overmuch pain. That, after commenting on how narrow my veins are. My #CPTSD could have done without that comment.
Came home in pain with back spasms coming and going. Sucks getting old.
