This is a tribute to my home province, beautiful British Columbia - with its #mountains and #ocean and overall incredible scenery no matter where you go. The image is part of my continuing series of artwork with a quilted effect (not a real quilt!)
This woodland area in the Croatan National Forest is a vibrant green on this spring morning. The trees are reflected on the slow moving waters of Island Creek. It is a beautiful time for adventurers and nature lovers to explore the forest.
No long-form story (yet?) attached to this one, but continuing to imagine a colony world, where ex-soldier colonists all have broken down starships in their backyards the way the parents of my generation had crappy boats.
Started this about a month ago, went on hiatus for a bit, and now have finally finished it. Just a simple piece of the as-of-yet unnamed turtle Pokémon that was teased in the anime a while back.
Blue Butterfly, watercolor. This butterfly is one of three in my gallery. In addition, I offer all three of the butterflies in one vertical image. Pretty wall art for the butterfly or colorful insect lover.
It's #Caturday again! I originally did this artwork with a watercolor background but I revamped it by stripping out the background and deepening the color. The art is based on a photo I took of a kitty down by the beach.
How do you do it? Are ALL of these artworks yours?
Here goes! I spend 8 hrs a day working on my art biz. A full-time job! So YES they are all mine. Note that I may list art from 15 years ago. I didn't create everything yesterday...lol
I get a solid 8 hrs sleep.
I spend about 10 minutes on the news and another 50 on TV. 7 hrs are spent socializing/family, eating, garden, exercise, farm/house.
