Interesting tidbit from the #DrupalCon Portland 2024 module development workshop that I taught: of the 21 students who were there at the beginning of class, almost half of them used remote IDEs almost exclusively!
We have a word for drupalflu. We had it for at least fifteen years, possibly more, can't quite remember. So we know germs spread at our conferences and know it well.
Spent 3 nights in Ghent and was woken up by the sun every day. Had a couple of beers and good conversations with the fine folks around @drupalbe. Finally at the train station literally bumped into @wimleers on his way back from #drupalcon Portland. Thanks @Klara, @borisson_ and their team for organizing this edition of #drupalcamp Ghent.

Was curious why only one #Drupalcon session was accepted from our entire company, when normally there are at least three or four. However, looking at the program, I see there are six sessions about #AI scheduled for today alone.
I, for one, will be wearing an #N95 mask to #Drupalcon, and I encourage others to do the same, since the #covid pandemic is not actually over and many attendees will have medical issues that either make them extra susceptible to infection or make it potentially catastrophic if they do contract the virus.

I'm exited that I will be going to #Drupalcon Portland in a few weeks, and will be part of a number of sessions, like a BoF and contribution day about GitLab CI, which is such a powerful infrastructure piece for #Drupal developers.
