Let's do an experiment ... the largest in history ... we will add three trillion tonnes of CO2 from the burning of fossil fuels into the atmosphere ... what would happen?
We already know ... and we are still burning more.
The burning of fossil fuels is emitting a gazillion tonnes of CO2 every year ... if only science could measure the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere to prove it.
A false impression is if we hit the Paris target of 1.5C then we don't have to worry again until 2.0C ... that is fool's talk ... fossil fool's talk ... every increase in global temperature increases the risk of death and destruction by extreme weather.
If you wish to create dread in the heart of climate deniers ... all you have to do is asked them WHY did they post what they did ... they often have no idea ... just more proof that;
