Starting Sunday off with an extremely underrated STP album.
Although they were pretty much done being a regular touring act due to Scott’s “issues” (I was lucky enough to see them three times), they were still able to make really great studio albums, of which I think No. 4 is the last TRULY great one.
It’s a great balance of early raucous STP (Down) and the more moody textural material (Sour Girl, Atlanta). #vinyl#vinylrecords#90s#90smusic
Well thanks to the folks at Funcom and playing Dune Spice Wars I cannot get enough of Arrakis, Dune, Desert Planet and have now got a new title for the PB Library ❤️
Kurt Cobain died 30 years ago today. His death upset everyone I knew. In my case the timing was bad. I headed into a big test in low spirits. Our lives are shaped by countless events. And poverty leaves little room for error. @BlunderBusted captured the feel of it all in our new comic "Southern Gothic Children's Book." Leaving school behind and walking ahead into the unknown – "Good Luck '94." We had to find our own way. I'd start trying to write about my rural youth while at that community college. And now I have whole books. #writing#comics#90s

One of the greatest #powerpop albums of the #90s if not all time.
This is one of my Desert Island Discs, and not even Ken Stringfellow’s horrible atrocious behaviour can effect my love for it. There is not one musical misstep, not a single flaw to be found anywhere.
Auer and Stringfellow never reached these heights again. Just one of those lightning in a bottle type albums, but what a bolt it was.
Bugs Bunny: Private Eye, an unreleased Commodore 64 game created in 1992 but canceled due to the closure of its developers Hi-Tec Software, was completed and released in 2012 via Games That Weren't.
