Not much to the recipe, honestly: Mix everything together with enough water to make standard flour tortilla dough (add water slowly as you mix - it may absorb less or more than all whole wheat tortillas) and cook as normal. Makes 8.
@wfpb@vegan@vegancooking@homemade The only downside is that these are less pliable than traditional tortillas due to the black bean flour. The pliability gets a bit better after the tortillas have cooled, but still not as good as 100% whole wheat tortillas. We use them as chapatis, so it's not an issue for us, but I wouldn't use this to e.g. make burritos.
