This is my with cycling. I'm no longer in my routine. The weather has been a factor. I exercise less when it's 90-100. Wish I could magically make it 70 degrees year round.

@Starcade 70f year round is my dream too. Though, I would drop it to like 60-65f 🥶 I love running in the cold.
