@glennf I think the Indoor part effectively means on a treadmill. If not I’ve been doing it wrong for a number of years 😅

@BenRiceM @joesteel I'll have to try it again. The last time I did it, I got essentially no miles and no useful information. Because I am typing, not swinging arms, it doesn't seem to look at cadence, and I don't think it properly recorded heart rate against exercise, etc.

@glennf @BenRiceM @joesteel As another data point, when you attach a watch to a GymKit-enabled treadmill you get to choose "indoor walk" or "indoor run”. Seems like a good indication that "indoor" means “treadmill" at least in some cases.
