nyquildotorg, now that we know that cooking beef to rare* won't kill the avian flu which infected the cow, I'd like to stress that Outback Steakhouse continues to maintain their own definition of what rare, medium-rare, medium and well-done mean, despite clear guidance from the FDA.
It's probably time to start ordering on the more done side, or skipping Outback altogether🤷
*: "rare" beef means it has been cooked to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, "medium-rare" means cooked to 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
