@umrk I don't sell a lot of comics but I have, and if you have the time, selling them yourself will always get you more money. It'll be slower but taking them to a store will always get you less. I'd say Facebook Marketplace (I know, yuck but everyone uses it haha) or Offerup, Mercari, eBay if you have the time, etc.
@umrk ha! Exactly. If you don't want physical meetups, yeah, the others might be best. eBay is rough these days, but if you group the comics into lots, that might help too - unless they're super valuable then single is the way to go.. I've sold on eBay for a lot of years, recently a thing or two on Mercari and bought on Offerup. Although that's gonna be in person too haha
@jake4480@umrk Is there a Discogs for comic books? Just a thought. Facebook is the way to go if you want reach and relative simplicity, but Ebay is tried and true (but rife with scammers). I'd say Jake's advice is very sound...
@umrk@wendigo oh nice. I dig those too but don't collect em. Had some as a kid. If they're good enough to catalog/grade, yeah eBay is probably the best way.
