haakon, 30 days ago @vik they don’t need to force scheduling. They just need to give discounts for charging out side of peak hours and the “problem” will fix itself.

vik, 30 days ago @haakon Not if there is a requirement on people to use the power at that point to, say, keep their job. Then it just becomes a most excellent revenue stream and does not actually reduce demand.
