@br00t4c They know the potential for harm and they are intentionally preserving it. This is back to the "What it does is what it's meant to do" discussion.
Once the actual mechanisms and outcomes are understood, like the well documented increase in domestic abuse, rapes, etc. then any refusal to change course has to be interpreted as intent.
