Homosexuality is punishable by death in most countries (I did NOT make up these rules: Europe/Middle East in the 12th century). Don't contradict the church. Wife, don't contradict your husband (much, it's not quite as bad as 19th century). Child, don't contradict your parents. etc, etc, etc. I'm so glad I did not live in that time, tbh. #OdysseyToThePromisedLand

anderlandbooks, 1 month ago German @nautilebleu true. My MC doesn't mind either. I did not want to transplant a modern girl into the Middle Ages. Katja is very much ok with that all - although she learns to trust herself more the older she gets.
