Finding a time to meet is the one thing I hate the most. Feels like this should be solved already. Feels like automation is possible, and yet here I am having to enter my availability to some doodle-like poll.
This availability is just a lie. It is correct for now, but becomes stale and outdated on daily basis.
You can see my calendar and pick a time, even connect your own and find a mutual time with little hassle.
I use it to combine all of my several Google availabilities into one so I can have one version of availability (no more forgetting to block off the work calendar because my wife's appointments or whatever).
@mrj I use Calendly for myself but sometimes the group of people I need to meet with don't use any of these, or they have work calendar that is restricted, like they're not allowed to connect their corporate calendar to third party apps, or sometimes they just don't like the third party apps 😵 so in the end I still need to look at my own calendar and provide them options.
It is the back and forth "is this time ok for you? and me? and him? and her? ok?" that drives me nuts. You know how much I love efficiency and despise inefficiency.
