A definite increase in #Gmail spam lately. But hey, when you're allocating all those data center clusters to generate annoying, simplistic, and inaccurate Search AI Overviews that nobody asked for and users can't turn off, SOMETHING has got to give! #Google
@mrcompletely Yes, I've seen it. I would characterize it as rather over the top. You know that Raghavan is not currently head of search, though the current head does report to him, I'm told.
The situation is complex. Despite my obvious upset over the current state of affairs, I do maintain my lines of communications with G and have not yet given up.
