Basically, get your archived feeds (mastodon export), particularly likes.json and outbox.json, and this will get everyone you've interacted with: likes.json: jq '.orderedItems ' likes.json | grep 'mastodon.nz' | cut -d '/' -f 5 | sort -u outbox.json: jq '.orderedItems[].cc' outbox.json | grep mastodon.nz | cut -d '/' -f 5 | cut -d '"' -f 1 | sort -u replace server url as desired, obviously.
