Brilliant! #PayPal now uses #HCaptcha too! SO I now can't log into it because no matter what you change the cookie will just not set, and they don't enable the text option. I apparently now need to switch to stripe to accept payments, I'm being locked out of a business account here because of this bullshit!

IT WILL NOT SET! Even on Chrome with uBlock uninstalled and otherwise default settings, Chrome is known to be the invasive one, it never sets. Their model relies only on cookies with no alternative, like an OTP code. An OTP code really should be allowed, because when even Google breaks your ability to use cross-site cookies in that manner, the usage of cookies in that manner at all is simply useless.
