I’ll be doing some maintenance on social.lol starting at 4 AM UTC (so, in around 13 hours) and over the course of about an hour or so. The disruption should be minimal (no more than a few minutes of downtime). Thanks for your patience as I work to keep the server running nicely!
social.lol maintenance will begin in around 15 minutes. Downtime should be minimal, but if something goes truly wrong you can find updates on https://broke.lol or in our Mastodon channel on IRC/Matrix/Discord.
@adam While I appreciate you do these changes off normal hours(for US time zones at least), I would be even more appreciative if you did them at a more reasonable hour for you. Or maybe this hour is a normal awake time for you😀? We pay so little for the service I hate to see you stress yourself to manage it.
@mcg I’m a bit of a night owl, so it’s fine with me! 4 AM UTC is midnight my time, and I’ll be up and doing stuff anyway. 😅 Thanks for thinking of me, though! 🙏
