I’m still a little anxious but today I would say mentally under the weather rather than actively unwell (or indeed OUT OF MY MIND like I was last weekend). Trying to put thoughts of work out of my mind when they crop up and focus on simple good things, like an enjoyable novel
The trick is to make sure you leave a shade open so light can spill in. I think they piggy back off the sun rays, but they are very evasive when prompted.
"How do you travel," I cried out, "Teach me your ways!" But they just smile and play their pan flutes and dance around me.
@purplepadma :blobcattea2: then I hope you allow their music, love, and excitable dancing sooth you and being calming waves of peace and serenity to your mind. I hope their music glides through your mind and takes away the complicated knots of anxiety and depression as you drift in their joy.
