@ChrisMayLA6 I think hes trying to go Thatcher on the striking NHS: get workers to replace them. Except it was impossible to do as nurses and docs need years of training, you cant just replace them on a whim

Then Conservatives found 2 ways of doing that:

Doctors and GPs are being replaced by underqualified "Physician's Associates" across the NHS

And just announced importing 2000 fresh junior docs from India, despite thousands already being underemployed here due to a lack of funding at trusts
