ottaross, 3 months ago Made the red bean paste (aka #anko in Japanese cuisine) and it's cooling. Tastes very nice and looks like chocolate paste. Looking forward to employing it in some dessert product.

ottaross, 3 months ago Not sure we need another sugary dessert in the house just now, as we work through yesterday's butterscotch pie, yet here we are. I guess this stuff keeps pretty well.
